Mediterranean Wave Analysis

Overview

This project utilizes Python with UV as the package manager and Jupyter for interactive development. It includes data analysis tools such as xarray, pandas, matplotlib, and scipy, as well as GPU-accelerated TensorFlow for machine learning tasks.

Setup

Install UV

Ensure UV is installed on your system:

curl -LsSf https://astral.sh/uv/install.sh | sh

Create the UV Project

uv init

Install Dependencies

uv add jupyter xarray pandas matplotlib scipy statsmodels netCDF4

Start Jupyter Lab

uv run --with jupyter jupyter lab
