Summary

Closes #368

The Tranche 2 "Notice-period redemption queue" measure asks for testnet transactions that show the queue working. The README listed deposit, claim shares, redeem request and claim cash, and nothing for a cancel, pricing or a short reserve.

Changes

• Adds the harness scenario redemption-queue.test.ts and npm run test:queue.
• send takes a label and prints tx <label> <hash>.
• Adds a "Redemption queue" section with nine testnet transactions and the command that repeats them.

Deviations

• The scenario deploys the free reserve first and redeems above what is left. A claim is refused only when the liquid reserve is below that claim, and the vault already holds cash owed to earlier exits.
• The refused claim leaves no transaction. The README names the pricing and fund transactions as the evidence.
• Holder-2 runs the whole queue: holder-1 already has a seeded request in the open epoch.
• Earlier runs stopped on assertions; their repair transactions (three fund, two claims) restored the vault and are not listed.

Acceptance criteria

• A transaction for each of: request_redeem, cancel_redeem, pricing (the seal and the attestation that price the epoch), claim_redeem, and a redemption left uncovered by a short reserve
• For the reserve-short step, the transactions that show uncovered() above zero and the fund and claim that clear it
• Every transaction ran against the contract IDs currently listed in the README
• The scenario is repeatable from the harness, and the README names the command

Test plan

Automated tests

npm run lint, npm run typecheck and npm run test:unit in scripts/harness.

Manual verification

1. Open each transaction link in the new section.
2. Each shows SUCCESS and a contract ID from "Deployed addresses".
3. On a seeded deployment, run npm run test:queue: 12 tests pass.
