After installing from the nightlies and following the Wiki pages it appears that the despite the [VCARD] settings being correct (as per the notes in the conf file itself) the install scripts are failing to deploy defaulthypervisor.png into /var/lib/archipel/avatars directory and this is a further dependency that prevents the GUI rendering any tab other than just Chat.
