fix: respect numeric precision when pasting decimals - #4366
Conversation
Pasted decimals bypassed numeric formatting and were stored even when decimalScale hid them. Apply the configured formatter before saving the value while preserving the existing decimal separator workaround.
Exercise comma and dot decimals with scales zero and two using the existing decimal-bound fields. Compare the formatted and raw values and verify persistence after reload without changing the test app.

Strip the configured thousands separator before normalizing the decimal separator and applying numeric precision. Otherwise a grouped value such as 1,234.567 is interpreted as 1.234.567 and truncated to 1.23. Handle the boolean thousands-separator shorthand as comma grouping.
Exercise comma, dot, and space grouping plus the boolean comma shorthand using existing numeric fields. Check the formatted result, stored value, and persistence after reload without changing the test app.

Good to get this fixed :)
Move the numeric paste conversion into a pure helper accepting the pasted text and number format. Keep the existing behavior so the parser can be tested independently of the component.
Unconditionally stripping grouping separators turns 2.5 into 25 with dot grouping, and 2,5 into 25 with boolean comma grouping. Preserve the prior decimal interpretation when the pasted text contains a lone comma or dot. Remove grouping when the configured decimal separator is present, grouping is repeated, or a different grouping character is used. Apply precision after normalization so grouped decimal values retain their magnitude.
Cover both alternate decimal regressions, precision, and grouping in the extracted parser. Verify formatted values and persistence after reload in Cypress using existing numeric fields, without changing the test app.

Description
Pasting a decimal into an integer-only field could display
2while storing2.345, causing totals to include hidden decimals. Pasted values now respect the field's configured decimal precision before they are saved. The existing separator workaround is retained. The regression covers comma and dot decimals at scales zero and two, including persistence after reload, using existing test-app fields.
