What happened
A routine whose words grant something, for example "every night tidy the repo, open a pull request but never merge it", keeps that grant in standing.Item.Grant, but no card, row or place ever draws it. docs/STANDING-ORDERS.md (D3) says wave 1 shows it on the card. So the person never sees what the item may do without asking. Found while checking #1545's rows against dev b267d3900.
Replication
Field (real model). Ask for the routine above and look at the proposal card and /standing. Neither says what it may do unasked.
Where
Grant is on standing.Item in internal/standing/standing.go (search Grant is one sentence).- The proposal card and the standing place in
internal/tui3 never read it.
The fix
The proposal card and the standing row show the grant as one dim line in the item's own words, for example may open a pull request · never merges.
Acceptance
- Unit (tui3): a standing item with a grant draws the grant line on its card and its row; one without a grant draws nothing, per the emptiness law.
- The manual's standing page quotes the line.
