Displays

  • Two display choices, made separately: the board (Expanding, a top-down board whose stacks expand on hover, by default; or 3D stacks, in perspective) and the hand and Pool (top-down by default, or 3D). The names and blurbs follow Megavolcano's.
  • Both boards leave blank the cells nothing can reach: the gap between the structures and empty cells with no orthogonal neighbour.
  • The Yard and Palace sit one column apart.
  • Seen from above, the Palace is opaque and the Yard translucent.

Picking pyramids

  • Clicking another pyramid while one is picked switches the pick.
  • Clicking a cell where the picked pyramid cannot go drops the pick; placements already made in a build are kept.
  • Build clicks are mapped against the Palace as drawn, including pending placements. Before, the first pyramid into an empty Palace made every later click land on the centre.
  • A 3D hand pyramid sits on an invisible cell-sized square, so a click anywhere in its cell picks it.

Hand, Pool and status panel

  • The hand is laid out one pyramid per column, bases on one line.
  • The Pool is one column per colour, largest at the bottom, with a space between sizes; seen from above, as opaque diamonds.
  • The status panel uses the filled pyramid glyphs, and the first-player button is a meeple in the leader's colour.
  • Legal-cell dots are half opacity and two-thirds the size.

Colours

  • Black and White stay black and white unless the viewer has a palette saved for Ice Palace, in which case they take palette slots 7 and 8. The customizations list documents slots 1 to 8 for the customizer.
