Same as #44, move the dq computation (Flux_d/q, Ui_d/q, I_d/q, L_d/q, Irms) from Ansys output_vars into Python, using the shared to_dq() function in transforms.py
All tests passed, and test_ansys_regression.py (has been updated) now verifies all of these vars against tests/legacy/design.py (previously only checked torque).
