Replaces deriv(InputCurrent(...)) in V_A..V_E with explicit dI/dt expressions,

Looks correct, so I would merge it.

Three points to check:

1. Time vs time — new output vars use Time (L109-113), excitation uses time (L215-219).
   Which one is correct? Perhaps both, but potential problem for future. I would prefer to unify it. Check if any is prefered in the documentation

2. Lew: "0" (L79) makes the new terms numerically inactive — this shows they parse, not that they're right. One solve at Lew=2.4e-3 comparing V_d1 to the analytic value would close it.

However, I think that many of these calcualtion do not belong to ANSYS in teh first place. I will post a separate PR whan this is merged.

Time vs time is intentional, not an oversight. AEDT needs Time in output variable expressions and time in the excitation source, they are not interchangeable in our testing. I'll add the details to the variable investigation in issue #16 (added as comments first).
