feat(mac): control the study timer from the menu bar - #71

MenuBarSummarykennt den Timer-Zustand (StudyTimerStatus). Läuft der Timer, zeigt das Menüleisten-Symbol die Restzeit mit Timer-Symbol, sonst wie bisher die Restminuten der laufenden Vorlesung.MenuBarControllerbekommt das gemeinsameStudyTimerViewModel; Toolbar und Menüleiste steuern denselben Timer.Checklist
