…sive-integrity-guard Republish the revised plan. The new agreement area moves off the collided 89- numeric stem to the free 91-integrity-guard.sh so no two merged areas share a selector prefix; design.md adds the 'Renaming the area off the collided 89- stem' subsection plus the matching interfaces, affected-areas, risk, and test-strategy updates, and tasks.md folds the rename and the full reference sweep into T4, updates the T5-T7/T9 selectors, and re-opens them. The AC30 token and every sub-area label are unchanged. Plan publication commits only the plan artifacts; the item's build fixtures and backtrack record are left for the ship phase.
