Integrate Angular Universal

It's important that ubiquits has angular universal working out of the box as some developers will confuse ubiquits with universal, and the backend implementation is theoretically fairly simple so there is no reason not to support it.

Considerations

• How will universal interact with webpack-dev-server? Can they run side-by-side?
• Can it be introduced as a ubiquits plugin so devs can opt-out?
