Clear out issue backlog of webview/webview

Some issues there are VERY, VERY stale. Would be a great help if someone were to go through and close the ones that are useless. Will help us to focus on the ones that can be resolved.

I'd be happy to contribute some time here and there. It's the least I can do considering how much value I've gotten out of webview already!
