Can't find test-summary/action/v2/index.js

For some reason my runner cannot find the index.js file. It just started to fail, the action was running smoothly 2h ago.
I would appreciate your help, if I can somehow give you more details about the error, let me know.

Same issue for me, till yesterday it was working fine. I updated it to specific version e.g v2.5 , still it didn't work. But its working fine with v2.4, with a node 20 deprecation warning.
