My registered OAuth 2.1 application can authenticate and read account data successfully, but POST https://api.soundcloud.com/tracks consistently returns HTTP 401. GET /me/tracks succeeds with the same access token. The account has an active Artist Pro subscription and the redirect URI is http://localhost:8080/callback. This matches issue #562. Please verify and reinstate upload/write permission for my API client.
