I have found the google API associated with getting photos from a google account

https://people.googleapis.com/v1/people/me?personFields=photos (the exact link to get the data)

In an example you could easily do something such as:

That is the basic code you could use without any outside dependencies which could cause vulnerabilities (I ofc do not guarantee this code works)
