Subject: [PATCH] chore: disable Claude Code attribution in commits and PRs

Add a shared project .claude/settings.json that clears the Claude Code
commit and PR attribution and disables the session URL, so commits and
pull requests created with Claude Code carry no co-author trailer.

Track only .claude/settings.json and keep .claude/settings.local.json
and the rest of .claude/ ignored for personal settings and worktrees.
Document the policy in docs/contributing.md.
