The release job has now failed on it twice in a row, before reaching the build or semantic-release, so nothing has been published since the engines change merged: ##[error]Cache service responded with 400 `checkout` and `setup-node` move to v4 in both workflows, which use the current cache API. build.yml carries no `cache:` and so did not trip the 400, but it was on the same deprecated majors.
