"xdp_ddos01_blacklist_cmdline" doesn't raise error when missing arguments

While specifying the ip/ports for blacklisting, it requires the --add or --del option in order to pass it to the bpf program. Upon missing those arguments it should return an error for incorrect usage and specify proper usage.
