From 00a154c9dce1d369114b607eaa3a94de687db870 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Claude Date: Mon, 5 Oct 2026 16:38:45 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] Release notes: fold "Unreleased" into 0.2.0, bump R package to 0.3.0 The three "Unreleased" Python items (--digits error, revcomp refusing non-DNA, pytest before install) shipped in the v0.2.0 release, so they now sit under 0.2.0 in python/CHANGELOG.md. The R package was already 0.2.0 before these changes and has new behaviour since (IUPAC reverse_complement, NA handling, count_motif empty-motif error), so its development version 0.2.0.9000 becomes 0.3.0 in DESCRIPTION and NEWS.md.
