Jackson 3.x plans?

I am wondering if there are any plans to release a version of this library that will use Jackson 3.x? I know that as of this moment, there are 3 release candidates available, and not an official release, but I wanted to ask if it's on the radar. I'm willing to volunteer to contribute if that would help.

We also really like using this library. Jackson 3 has now been released. The upcoming SpringBoot 4 release (to be published this November) will also use Jackson 3.

Is there a possibility that an update to the library will be released soon?

Another one interested in getting Jackson 3 and SpringBoot 4 support.
Please consider finding time and resources to upgrade json-patch-path to new version that would be using Jackson 3.
