Feature request: option to open notes in Preview mode by default

[billgo]

Hello,

First of all, thank you for creating such a great app. I'm a paying user on the App Store, and FSNotes has become one of my most-used tools.

I'd like to suggest adding a setting to enable Preview mode by default. Most of my notes are already written, and I mainly use FSNotes for reading. Having to manually switch to Preview each time I open a note is a small but frequent friction.

Something like a simple toggle in Settings — "Open notes in Preview by default" — would make the reading experience much smoother.

Thanks again for your excellent work on FSNotes!
