Dictation basically unusable - Deletes the text after I dictate periodically.

Describe the bug

Dictation is now unusable. It keeps resetting itself and deleting what I said. I'm using
a devbox and I always use this to write my prompts and because it is deleting what I said, I
basically, can't use dictation causing me to lose productivity significantly. Please
fix.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Enable voice dictation
2. Dictate
3. Mid dictation it will initialize again and delete what I had just said
