This is a trivial matter compared with the previous two issues, but perhaps worth a mention.
It's handy if package05.tst does include the examples from chapter 5 of the manual, etc.
But I noticed, when running makedoc.g for Utils, that it reported "Chapter 9, no examples",
and so utils09.tst then contained the examples from chapter 10.
This sort of thing would surely happen with other packages.
