Load Spectrum: *.rexs vs *.rexsj

*.rexs (XML) can store a list of load spectrums. However, *.rexsj (JSON) can only specify one load spectrum.
If you convert a *.rexs file to a *.rexsj file, only the first load spectrum is retained, and the rest are lost.

Hi,
according to specification [1] only one load spectrum is permitted. So, this should be too much of an issue for now.
