Android SDK: 1.2.0
Existing Production Android and iOS app previously working now facing issues , No application code changes
Issue:
Formbricks initialization fails with:
Field 'projectId' is required for type with serial name 'com.formbricks.android.model.environment.LanguageDetail', but it was missing
Initialization code:
Formbricks.setup(this, config, forceRefresh = true)
Observed behavior:
Surveys are not displayed.
SDK retries initialization and eventually fails.
Investigation:
Same Formbricks Cloud environment and credentials.
Upgrading SDK from 1.2.0 to 2.0.0 resolves the issue completely.
No changes were made to the Android application code.
Expected behavior:
SDK 1.2.0 should either remain compatible with the current Cloud response or fail with a clearer compatibility message.
