Lack of scripts to automate publishing artifacts on bintray and maven central

Maven central only for final releases like 1.0.0, and separate bintray maven repository should be used specially for pre-releases versions (1.0.0.M1, 1.0.0.M2, 1.0.0.M3, 1.0.0.RC1, 1.0.0.RC2).
