From cc7a66894091c4b7c30c7704fdcd23a3f2f44716 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: ejc3 Date: Tue, 27 Oct 2026 06:24:20 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] fcvm-fleet: host and tile AMIs from ejc3/fcvm main 2e2181cf The renderer in both images writes a VUI bitstream_restriction with max_num_reorder_frames 0 (ejc3/fcvm#1361). Without it Chrome's H.264 decoder held 7 or 8 frames (234 to 268 ms) before outputting each tile frame. The host image is revised from the 2c965afe image with main's recipe; the tile image from the 31f42d03 image with main's tile units. Both renderers are built from the same fleet/renderer source. --- fcvm-fleet.tf | 14 ++++++-------- 1 file changed, 6 insertions(+), 8 deletions(-) diff --git a/fcvm-fleet.tf b/fcvm-fleet.tf index 871ca79a..8f61d427 100644 --- a/fcvm-fleet.tf +++ b/fcvm-fleet.tf @@ -31,20 +31,18 @@ variable "fcvm_fleet_host_amis" { type = map(map(string)) # Ubuntu 24.04, IOMMU on, every NVIDIA GPU on vfio-pci at boot, fcvm with the gpu profile set up and the renderer warmed; # the store is restored onto the instance store at boot (fcvm fleet/ami/host).
