Adding a feature to define printable enums

DUMP can currently print only numbers and strings no enums.

Printable enums would be a nice feature for DUMP.

I don't think this is worth the effort.
In my vision, ArduinoTrace is a tool you use very occasionally; I couldn't imagine someone populating the names of the values for that.
