Unexpected Error connecting to models

Can any one help me to understand this error please ?

My AgentOS app was deployed 4 days days , IT was working Fine until yesterday , the same CODE . But today when i am giving my prompts to the agent i see this error in the phoenix traces and its as FOLLOWS(Only a RUN_STARTED , RUN_FINISHED is emitted , i checked the traces and saw this error), and what is happening which caused this in the first place.? Is it any issue related to OPENAI ? or something else , i am seeing this error ONLY in this AgentOS app (internally did use the calude model with using the library OpenAPILike) , other agents were also deployed way BACK(with 4.1 of GPT they do not face this issue)

Hi @ysolanky Could any one help me with this so as to identify what could be the casue of the above errors , they are random not always occuring ..
