Since there's a ToDo in the readme, I figured I'd tell you what I did to get it to go:
sudo apt-get install libatlas-base-dev
sudo apt-get install libwebp-dev
sudo apt-get install libtiff-dev
sudo apt-get install libjasper1
sudo apt-get install libilmbase-dev
sudo apt-get install libopenexr-dev
sudo apt-get install libgstreamer1.0-dev

optical cal
sudo apt-get install libavcodec-dev
sudo apt-get install libavformat-dev libswscale-dev libv4l-dev
sudo apt install libqtgui4
sudo apt install python3-opencv
sudo apt-get install libqt4-test

Probably should be simplified/combined; I was just just doing python main.py and entering the error lib into a "xxx.so.y raspberry pi" and going through it error by error.
