Describe the bug
When I am attached to the project to which I do not have access cli doesn't respond

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an instance and attach to the project
2. Login to a different account
3. Try to do something in this project

Expected behavior
Message like You do not have access to this instance
