Subject: [PATCH] chore: bump mlx-swift submodule to 5d78578

Moves the pin from d5839e5 (SharpAI/mlx-swift#28) to 5d78578, the merge commit
of SharpAI/mlx-swift#31. Covers the upstream syncs #29 (392aa34), #30 (78d3cc1)
and #31 (5f117a2). Only the submodule pointer changes.
