Github guidance on community health file #699

Description

@c-martinez

I came across this GitHub guidance on community health file.

It basically recommends some things you should include in your repo to "provide guidance and templates for maintaining a healthy and collaborative open source project". This includes some things like having CONTRIBUTING and CODE_OF_CONDUCT (which I believe the template already supports), but also
GOVERNANCE and SECURITY (which I'm not sure the template supports).

I think it would be worth to see

  • If any of these recommended practices are worth including in the template.
  • If the template should point to this guidance.
