Is it time to make cuda-python the default CUDA backend?

Currently, if you install Kernel Tuner with the group dependency 'cuda', pycuda is installed. Should we change this to cuda-python and make cuda-python the default CUDA backend?

Sounds good to me. I would be preferred that we use the official Nvidia package by default.

We could also consider adding a environment variable (KERNEL_TUNER_BACKEND=pycuda?) that people could set if they want to override the default to be pycuda again.

I have just merged pull #385 which makes cuda-python the default backend. However, for users that only have pycuda installed, pycuda is still the default backend. I do think that an environment variable could work as well, but that's not yet implemented.
