No Git tags and GitHub releases published for 0.3.13 and 0.3.14

Version 0.3.14 is available on crates.io but doesn't have a corresponding tag or release on GitHub, is that intentional?

They were done on a short notice, and cargo is the primary distribution channel for the wrapper crate.

We haven't really been consistent with the github release, if you look back through the history. I can add a couple of new ones now...

I issued a v0.3.14. Is that good enough? Do you depend on these in general?

Thanks! I can live with the crates.io releases alone, but seeing a repository where some versions had some associated tags & releases but not the latest versions smells like an attack (say, if your crates.io credentials had been compromised and someone uploaded a release there behind your back).

One relatively simple way to keep those consistent is to use a CI workflow to publish the crate and create the release whenever a tag is pushed, for instance. I'd be happy to help set it up if you're interested.
