Replace google.maps.Marker with google.maps.marker.AdvancedMarkerElement due to deprecation of the former

As of February 21st, 2024, google.maps.Marker is deprecated. Please use google.maps.marker.AdvancedMarkerElement instead. At this time, google.maps.Marker is not scheduled to be discontinued, but google.maps.marker.AdvancedMarkerElement is recommended over google.maps.Marker. While google.maps.Marker will continue to receive bug fixes for any major regressions, existing bugs in google.maps.Marker will not be addressed. At least 12 months notice will be given before support is discontinued. I experimented with this briefly, and it looks like the performance of AdvancedMarkerElements is significantly worse than regular markers in the rendering mode that we use. This is a known issue. Google is not intending to deprecate legacy Markers at this time, so we may be able to continue to use them until AdvancedMarkerElements are more performant, or we may need to find an alternative solution.
